Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide an update as soon as reasonably possible.
Free Shipping
All Sam Dean Sports products include free shipping unless otherwise specified.
Separate shipments
Products in the same order may be produced at different facilities. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days.
Where tracking is available, you may receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking link for each parcel. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because an order is divided into multiple parcels.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.
Additional production or delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be reproduced or resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
Delayed or missing orders
If your estimated delivery window has passed, first check your tracking information and look for any delivery-attempt notification.
If there has been no recent tracking update, or your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, contact us through our Contact page with your name and order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
